WEPAC Alliance: A non-profit organization that provides education and resources to women living the the communities of Wilmore, Englewood, Protection, Ashland & Coldwater (Clark & Comanche Counties). The goal is to encourage and help the women of these communities to understand the importance of and receive vital early detection screenings (mammograms, pap smears and colonscopies). Each year, the WEPAC Alliance sponsors a sporting event called Hoops for Hope that is not only a major source for fundraising, but also raises awareness of the organization and the importance of early cancer detection.
